Fallen Bridge At Ureje Poly Road In Ado-Ekiti

After a heavy down pour yesterday night, a bridge linking Ado-Ekiti town and the The federal polytechnic ADO-ekiti and Afe Babalola university went down, taking with it a Toyota Seinna bus.

Eye witness account reported that three of the occupant of the bus in an attempt to go out the vehicle and cross to the other side, were swept away by the flood.

Two of them were rescued, but unfortunately one was swept away by the flood and was seen today dead.

Currently, the road is impassable cutting all movement between the town the two institution along the road.
