The President of the Republic of Guinea Bissau, General Umaro Sissoco Embaló is the type of “Pragmatic Leader Africa Desperately Needs to meet its future”.

General Umaro Sissoco Embaló: - “It is totally wrong and unacceptable for "Alpha Conde" the president of Guinea Conakry to unilaterally close its border against Guinea Bissau, Senegal and Sierra Leone, which are members of the same ECOWAS community”. 

However, President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo doesn’t seem to figure out anything wrong about "Alpha Conde” unilaterally action.
