Hajiya Aisha Buhari, wife of the President, disclosed this in Lafia, the Nasarawa State capital, yesterday during the flag off the Women and Youth Presidential Campaign Team for north central states.
Mrs Buhari, represented by wife of the Vice President, Dolapo Osinbajo, said Buhari, had done a lot that warrants Nigerians to vote him for second term in office. According to her, the present government has created jobs for women cooking for the school feeding program, as such the government needs to be reciprocated.
“President Buhari, has introduced the N-Power, market money, trader money, that has put smiles on faces of those who have nobody to help them”.
She said the present APC’s administration is working for the poor, vulnerable, men, women and children.
She called on APC members to go from door to door, villages, towns and cities to canvass support for President Buhari, to accomplish the good works he has started.
Also speaking, wife of Nasarawa State governor, Salamatu Tanko Al-Makura, commended the president and his wife for initiating programs that has direct bearing on the people.
She said the president had touched the lives of Nigerians via his policies and programs, while Aisha Buhari had introduced the Future Assured Project, which also caters for a common Nigerian.
“Since 2015, when our father Baba Mai Gaskiya, President Muhammadu Buhari assumed the mantle of leadership of our great country Nigeria, under the platform of APC, we have witnessed unprecedented progress in different facet of human endeavour”.
