C'est le premier déplacement du Président élu de Guinée Bissau après son élection. Un signe de reconnaissance a l'endroit du Président Macky Sall qui l'a beaucoup soutenu pendant les moments difficiles. Le Président Umaro Sissoco Embalo rappelle notamment les 3 années passées chez le President Macky Sall pendant les moments difficiles.
