But the voters’ registration we have seen so far in Bissau is not credible, with so many irregularities due to lack of registration kits.

Therefore, UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) must exercise their moral obligation and explain the whereabouts of $1,800.000 USD, intended for November 18, 2018 election.

Because the suppression of almost 2 million dollars resulted to lack of fund to bring in enough registration kits from Nigeria, thereby leading to irregularity in voters’ registration.
