If the law and the facts are against you, pound the table and yell like hell.”  It’s not a precise description of  White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki’s daily briefings, but as Doug McKelway reports, she is facing increasing scrutiny as the Administration tries to spin unflattering policy results in its favor.
