The president of PAIGC, Domingos Simões Pereira’s IDEAL to restructure his Political Party was GOOD. But his method of restructuring for DOMINANCE was BAD; 
This is the ACTUAL ORIGIN of the recent POLITICAL CRISES in Guiné-Bissau.

Although Domingos Simões Pereira has failed to work out a coherent strategy for restructuring of PAIGC, due to nepotism; he does have a clear and coherent political message!
